If you have not participated in the past:
Please go to https://go.activehealth.com/betteryoubetterohio
Click on “Workforce” then click “Request to Enroll.”
Type in the required information including the following:
Industry: PUBLIC EMPLOYERS
Company size: 151-250 Employees
Company name: Buckeye Local School District
Company address: 10692 State Route 150
Company phone: 740-769-7395
Once finished click submit. Once you receive your welcome email, which can take 48 hours since it is considered a financial transaction because of the rewards, you can register.
A) Then register on the health website.
Go to https://go.activehealth.com/betteryoubetterohio
Click on “Workforce” then click “Create an Account.”
C) Now that you are registered, go to the Rewards tab
a. complete the online health assessment
b. complete the biometric screening
If you participated in the past:
Please go to https://go.activehealth.com/betteryoubetterohio
Click on “Workforce” then click “Returning User?”
o If you receive an error page, please call us 855-206-1306. Do not register as a new user, this will create a second account and delay your access significantly.
o You may be prompted to update your password. If you do not remember your information from last year, you can click “forgot my username/password” to reset.
(Make sure you are using the same browser you usually use in case it remembers your credentials from the past.)
A) Complete the online health assessment now.
B) Select your biometric screening (under the Rewards tab).
